In a further sign of the accelerating Assyrian economic revival in the Turabdin Region, Isa Kaya Beth Barse, a young man from the village of Mzizah, opened a new building materials store in Midyat earlier this summer.

A trio of Assyrian sisters have transformed a lifelong dream into reality by launching Izla Café, a stylish coffee‑house dedicated to reviving the tastes, aromas, and aesthetics of Assyria.

The store, İsa Ticaret, offers a wide range of tools and building materials for home renovations and improvements. It aims to meet the growing demand for construction supplies in a region where many houses are being rebuilt, villages reconstructed, and apartments purchased by Assyrians.
